Returns & Complaints Policy
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
a. Return /Exchange Window: We do not offer returns. However, products can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery only in case of physical damage, manufacturing defects, or if the product delivered is incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation via email and process the exchange accordingly and products will be redelivered within 5-7 working days.
b. Refund Process: Refunds if any are processed and Credited within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the return. However, before issuing the refund, we reserve the right to verify that the returned item is in the same condition as it was originally shipped, undamaged, and fully functional.
c. Complaint Redressal: You may contact our customer care at customercare@stericlub.in with complaints including your order number, invoice number, and details of the product you wish to return. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve within 1 week.
